Dynamic Training Systems

PowerSkater – a dry land skating system. The PowerSkater is designed to teach proper skating technique and exercise the same muscle groups used in skating.

PowerPlyos – combination jumping box system. The PowerPlyos is four plyometric devices in one simple system. This unique (patent pending) product incorporates vertical boxes, “v” angle jump box, side angle or more commonly known as the “Russian box”, and a vertical leaper in one combined frame design.

PowerVertex – whole body movement system. The PowerVertex is a whole body movement exercise system that allows whole body multi-joint, multi-planar movement patterns for natural human kinetic movement.

PowerWristor – forearm flexor extensor system. The PowerWristor is a rehabilitation device to exercises the forearm, hand, fingers and wrist. Also used for strength & conditioning.
