Vertical Boxes
The PowerPlyos System includes (3) three rectangular multi-height vertical boxes (12", 18", and 30" heights). The platforms are 26" wide by 32" long covered with a durable anti-slip 3/8" thick foam mat for soft landings. The boxes easily convert into side angle jump or "V" angle shapes in a matter of minutes. Optional uprights can be ordered to vary the box heights. All edges are rolled for safety should an accidental miss occur striking the shin on the edge. The heavy gauge steel construction is also reinforced underneath for constant heavy jumps. |
"V" Angle Jump Box
Remove the center platform and you now convert the system into a "V" angle jump box. This is particular useful for shorter lateral jumps and lunges without a center platform step. Lateral leaps can be performed with one or both legs. Angles can be different from each other. |

Side Angle Jump Box
The side angle jump box features three planar positions with the ability to alter the angle of the two outside platforms. Large telescoping legs with eye-bolt pins for easy quick adjustment allow the platforms to change angles. Each angle can be different from the other two. Combination jumps, steps, and rotations can be performed in this configuration. |
Vertical Leaper (optional)
The heavy duty steel construction provides for a solid 300lb. base to execute vertical leaps in a harness attached to the frame by elastic resistance cords. The three-way adjustable harness is unique in that it carries the resistance load where you want it - directly on your shoulders. The front and back straps adjust for size preventing any side pull on the harness. The side quick adjustment metal buckles allow for various athlete heights so that you can allow for the load from the squat to full jump phase. The four 9' long length resistance cords provide constant resistance though-out the jump. Eyebolt snaps provide quick easy attachment to the harness rings. Constant pull is provided in four corner positions directing the athlete to the center of the platform through each jump. Straps are quickly tucked away when the system is in another configuration making the leaper unobtrusive during jumps. An optional ankle strap expands the utility of the unit by providing an additional feature to perform hip, knee, and ankle flexions and extensions. |
