The Single Skater is one half of a PowerSkater. The Single Skater allows a Player to stand at the front of the track and position their body to perform one legged exercises. You can practice single leg extensions identical to pushes on the ice and alternate legs. Keep the same low profile as you would on the PowerSkater working on your technique.
The Single Skater design provides for a lower cost alternative to the PowerSkater. Refer the the PowerSkater pages on technique and manitain the same form for single leg extensions.
The NEW design allows for QUICK CHANGE Cord attachment when using multiple cords. The basic unit comes with the Standard Cord (Red) only. The new design allows for 3 cords to be attached to the unit and can be engaged in combination of 2 or all 3 cords at one time depending on the load desired.
Choose your cord combination based on the following chart. Standard Cord (Red) 8 - 24 lbs.; Intermediate Cord (Blue) 10 - 35 lbs.; Red & Blue Combination 18 - 59 lbs.; 2 Red and 1 Blue Combination 26 - 83 lbs.; 1 Red and 2 Blue Combination 28 - 94 lbs.
